Situated in the historic uptown Mount Vernon district, the Abbe Creek Gallery’s grand opening took place on September 14, 2024. Approximately 20 artists were initially represented in the gallery’s offerings. As the one-year anniversary approaches, the gallery now showcases nearly 50 local, regional, and national artists who create a diverse range of original artworks. These artworks encompass painting, photography, jewelry, prints, sculpture, glasswork, fiber art, books, journals, note cards, pottery, ceramics, assemblages, mobiles, and mixed media.

The gallery dedicates a space to feature a specific artist or exhibit theme. Additionally, the gallery’s front space serves as a venue for various gatherings, including music concerts, book release and signing events, art classes, and other cultural activities.
